WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, if you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us directly at info@bambinointernational.com

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your shipment date is determined by the type (unframed or framed) and the size of the artwork ordered. 

All unframed prints will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date ordered with 2-3 day shipping.

For all framed orders, will ship within 2-3 weeks from the date ordered with 2-5 day ground shipping.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For merch, shipping is auto-generated depending on the products purchased.
For prints, we offer flat shipping charges, shipping costs $15.
For presets, no shipping cost, presets are digital delivery.

CAN I HAVE YOU CREATE A CUSTOM PRINT OR MERCH DESIGN?

THIS IS A GIFT. DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE WITHIN THE PACKAGE?

We do not include a price or an invoice with any of our print shipments. For all our merch sales, the package will come with a receipt with pricing listed. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

We do offer gift cards. You can find them in our "Gift Card" tab in the menu. We offer $50, $100, $150, and $200 options.

CAN I PURCHASE A HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGE TO PRINT MYSELF?

All prints and designs are copyright of Bambino International. Since our pieces mean so much to us, we have to protect their integrity. Therefore, we do not license our images for others to print.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY or HEALTH CARE WORKER DISCOUNT?

Yes, all active military personnel and active health care workers will receive 10% off their order. If you are active military and would like to receive your coupon code, please email info@bambinointernational.com for your coupon code for 10% off of your entire order.

FRAME SIZING

We offer multiple sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based upon the image size, paper size and frame size.
